So thought our founder, Sofija. But combining the 2 delights presents a science challenge - the freezing point of the wine alcohol is -18°C while the one of normal ice cream is 0°C. Uh-oh.

It took around 1,000 trials to nail in the right flavor pairings for WICE, after which we could finally build a manufacturing plant from scratch. Soon after comes our UK Subsidiary and first retailer.
Then, a lot of
science happens.
It takes 2 laborious years of research & development to develop a unique (read magical) technological process of increasing the freezing point of wine alcohol. Thus, we succeed in keeping the wine (and its alcohol) inside the ice cream, and surely everyone is happy about this. WICE is born.
